Disliked: No air con in the bedrooms

The Aussie struck GOLD at...

Liked: Outstanding Inn. Staff and service were great. Dinner and Breakfast were delicious!
Disliked: No reflection on the Inn, however, the wifi and reception were average. So far as the Inn is concerned, nothing. Brilliant establishment.

Liked: The design and decoration was lovely. Staff were very nice.
Disliked: Wasn’t clean. Dried hair from the previous stay on the shower wall and dirty mugs. I sent an email (with images) to the hotel to inform them and they just ignored me.

Disliked: We had booked the Oak Room some months in advance. When we got there, we found they had given it to someone else. We were given a less good room. They promised us a refund of £50. But when we came to pay the bills we found they had failed to account for the amount we had paid through Booking.com. We later found that they had failed to give the £50 discount, We tried complaining to them, and then via Booking.com, but have still received no answer or explanation.

Perfect food, attentive pleasant staff,...

Liked: Pristine, possibly newly built pub. Tastefully decorated with top quality bedding and furnishings.
Disliked: I’m really looking for something here…..there was no screen on the shower but as it was a disabled room, it had to be this way.
