Highly recommended

Liked: The is a lovely busy inn within a pretty village. The room was comfortable and clean but what really makes it so special is the very good food and great staff.

Great Yorkshire welcome with wonderful...

Liked: Friendly welcoming staff; comfortable room; lively and buzzy pub atmosphere. Food all freshly prepared on site-bread; preserves; butter. Very impressive!
Disliked: Nothing-location isn’t scenic.

Liked: Mattresses = good; food was excellent
Disliked: The attic room: no window view; smell of cooking from the kitchen below; lift did not extend to the attic room (occupants aged 75 and 83)

The Aussie struck GOLD at...

Liked: Outstanding Inn. Staff and service were great. Dinner and Breakfast were delicious!
Disliked: No reflection on the Inn, however, the wifi and reception were average. So far as the Inn is concerned, nothing. Brilliant establishment.
