Food clean hotel with friendly...

Liked: checkin staff were very good. Room was clean and comfortableWa
Disliked: Was further away from ferry terminal than I thought as I arrived at night and being my first time did nmot realise that it was not close. Car park was open space in shared carpark at back of hotel. Accommodation wasGood hotel, good staff on first floor which meant stairs however, they did advise me when booking that there stairs

Nice place other than the...

Liked: Good place for families with active kids. The gambling is a big turn off but a good time to talk to the kids about the negative effects of gambling on society.
Disliked: Gambling. Pokies should be banned.

Liked: Lean and recently renovated
Disliked: There was an occasional pumping sound coming from the air conditioner which woke us up many times at night. It went on for about 8 seconds and then stopped for about 15 mins.
