Great location, nice staff and...

Liked: Breakfast was good. Staff was really nice and helpful. Room cleaning was done very well. Safe in room and mini fridge. Hairdryer was good too.
Disliked: Bathroom door was not closing, opening properly. There was only a rain shower head which is not practical. Bathroom needs renovation as signs of ageing.

Liked: It was an absolutely brilliant location! And the room wasn't cookie-cutter in appearance. Such a relief when you travel a lot. The room looked like the photos! The staff were lovely and helpful as well.

Very good but don’t feel...

Liked: The bedroom was lovely. Location excellent and breakfast was good. Small choice but very fresh and enough for us.
Disliked: The photographs are out of date. There is no separate bar and lounge area. This was disappointing. Breakfast is served on the side of reception are on the ground floor. There are no tea and coffee making / bar facilities for the rest of the day. The photographs are there v misleading.

Liked: The hotel’s location is great, very central.
Disliked: The room facing to the back to all the machinery that makes continuous noise day and night. I felt the vibration on the floor and even in my bed. The sink was partially blocked. The water was going out very slow.

Liked: Close to attractions. Nice breakfast daily. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Lift very small, on fits 2 people with cases. Our carpet and shower needed a very good clean. The bed was way too soft.
