It was fun staying there...

Liked: The breakfast was great, although I know now to order a small bowl of the oatmeal.
Disliked: The lighting was rather dim in most of the common areas which caused me to move a little slower than usual. I booked this specific hotel because it was within walking distance to MA Eye & Ear Infirmary which was the reason for my trip to Boston.

Fabulous hotel with easy access...

Liked: We requested an earlier check in and they were able to accommodate us. Check in was a breeze. Being so close to the subway was a huge plus.

Overrated & overpriced.

Liked: The tub.
Disliked: That I was charged for Valet parking after paying so much to stay for 3 nights. When booking the room they should say on website that they only offer Valet parking and it’s a separate price from the room.

We enjoyed a comfortable stay...

Liked: We were in Boston for a medical appointment at Mass General and the hotel is practically attached to the hospital. The lobby is impressive and the room and bathroom were very comfortable. We were offered champagne upon arrival.
Disliked: We requested an extra blanket and it never came. My husband had to go down to the front desk to request one again.
