Overall quite good. Excellent value...

Liked: Room had high ceilings, good quality furnishings and great size.
Disliked: The air conditioner was not really cooling at all. We didnt make a fuss because we were there only 1 night. Also the curtains were barely enough to cover the windows. It was quite difficult to get a completely dark room.

Good Choice

Liked: Absolutely recommended. Even breakfast is a reason of choice. The staff is very kind and helpful (especially the breakfast team). Family room (with a grown up kid) was spacious and renovated, with comfortable bed and pillows. Very close to tram (Line 2 get off at Rathaus) and metro (U2 & U3, use Volkstheater stop). Still at a walking distance to attractions.
Disliked: Nothing to complain.

Overall it was pretty good.

Liked: Location is very good, very close to the parliament square and the restaurants.The room is a good size and clean.
Disliked: I would prefer the room facing inside the courtyard, much quieter

Liked: Great location, walking distance to many attractions. Big rooms, quiet. Helpful staff.
Disliked: Terrible coffee. From a machine. Weak and not hot.
