Exceptional

Liked: The front desk staff was absolutely amazing. We were there on a night out on our anniversary and they went above ane beyond to make our stay memorable. The suite that they upgraded us to was comfortable and well appointed. The very best part was the free standing tub.
Disliked: We went for a nightcap and sat for about 10 minutes, no one approached us so we went to the room instead. The bar area is beautiful though.

Disliked: They didnt tell us about the special charcuterie board for July 4th and hard to find the parking lot should be more specific...when coming to the hotel

An enjoyable stay at a...

Liked: We loved the ambience of the Leo Kent. Really beautiful decor throughout; very calm and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were helpful. Our room was spacious and the bathroom well laid out. Very strong water pressure in the huge shower! The location of the hotel is perfect -very convenient to restaurants and there is a streetcar stop a few steps away.
Disliked: Pillows were awful, waaaay too soft. I asked for firmer pillows but the ones that came were just the same. Ah well. The bed was very comfortable at least.
