Liked: Friendly staff from check in to check out ! Not the most updated but doesn’t take away from the experience, lounge patio furniture outside and a pool with many food options nearby! This is my second stay here and I’m sure there will be a third and fourth etc…

Liked: I like the makeup and upgrades to the room. The location was great for my destination. Staff was polite.
Disliked: Night shift didn't keep her word in bringing me washcloths. I noticed when I arrived I only had one washcloth in the room that was makeup stained. When I came back I asked staff for 5 washcloths seeing as though it was 3 of us. She stated there only was 3 and the others were just put in to the dryer. I asked if I had to come back down or would someone bring them. She stated she would bring them after taking my room number but never did. I ended up utilizing hand towels. Also breakfast time was never offered we had to call down for that information. Usually once you arrive to a hotel the explain everything and what they offer. Other than that I would definitely visit again. It was a concert crowd so I'm hoping noise in the hall would be at a minimum if I were to stay on a regular day.

Good concept bad delivery.

Liked: I love the lion/leo theme of the hotel. The staff is really friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The beds were hard as bricks. The most uncomfortable mattress I have ever laid on in my life. I say lay on because I was not able to sleep at all because it was so hard. I can’t believe they charge $300 a night for a room to have such a horrible mattress. I will never stay here again.

Disliked: Was charged twice on my card in one day ..168.99 and 137.98 . I want this fixed ASAP. I will be disputing with booking. Waiting for reply from property. I was supposed to be charged $120 USD FOR ONE NIGHT STAY ONLY. The room was noisy ..sheets were making us itchy..cracked tiles in washroom ..no hand soap..I had to ask cleaner in hallway..and room had an odour.. main door seemed loose,unsafe. This stay should be free of charge..we are very disappointed.
