Hidden $100 refundable deposit, bring...

Liked: It did its job for the one night we needed a hotel but I would never go back. I felt like I was staying at a flop house.
Disliked: The hidden $100 refundable deposit. I understand it’s refundable but it was not mentioned anywhere on the booking site. So I actually had to cough up $210 just to stay one night. I’m currently still waiting on the deposit to be returned to me. It smelt very bad, and it really isn’t an average “hotel vibe”. It wasn’t hotel clean. My sheets had crumbs on them. I felt it was necessary to run up to cvs to buy Lysol wipes and Lysol disinfectant spray before I even set my bags down. Which is exactly what I did. The floors have like extreme dirt build up on them. The shower had someone’s shoe prints inside of it. I stayed here it was very last minute we had a plumbing emergency at our home and just need do stay somewhere for one night. The pool room looked like it was ready to give me some sort of disease. There were groups of people hanging out getting high right at the front doors it’s just a bad area to place a smoking location. Needless to say I was excited to just get back home after the plumbing was fixed. I took the longest shower of my life.

Disliked: There was not a hot breakfast. Only cereal, yogurt and bagels. That was very disappointing.

Liked: The place was clean when we walked through.
Disliked: The gum on the ceiling ( which I thought was a big bug at first), our spa tub didnt fully work. It was on or off. Then we got some treats from tonys cannolis come to fond out out fridge didnt get cold…. Our 40$ worth of food wasted. The bed is very very firm so sleep sucked.
