Fantastic value for money!

Very good
Liked: Facilities. Staff friendliness and ready to serve. Comfort of beds and pillows. Water pressure in bathrooms. Cleanliness of rooms and bathrooms.
Disliked: Smallness of classic rooms.Thin walls. Mini fridges are not standard in all rooms so had to change the room.Not so close to train stations; about 15 to 25 mins walk.

Liked: We enjoyed our stay, the staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was very clean and comfortable.
Disliked: I didn’t like leaving, we need to come back, so much to see and do in West London.

Liked: Very helpful staff, good food and wine selection…property has a huge garden into which the restaurant extents.

Liked: Loved the size of our room and breakfast was good selection and we had evening meal which was also very yummy.

Liked: Beautiful building and grounds.
Disliked: The room I was put in was very tired and in need of updating. One of the twin beds sank so much in the middle it felt broken. The air con in the room didn’t work. A fan had been supplied but was not sufficient for the heat, especially when I had specifically booked a hotel that said it had air con. I was offered to move room on the second night, but when I went to see it alone (twice, the first key I was given didn’t work in the door) it seemed to also not have functioning air con. I gave up and went back to my original room. The steam room was also not working, nor were towels provided at the pool for hotel guests, which would have been fine if it had been communicated.
