Great facilities

Liked: Beautiful big room, comfy bed and pillows. Great shower.Loved the pool and gym. The riverside location is perfect.
Disliked: The noise from the music downstairs (and we were on the second floor, goodness knows what it would have been like on the first!). It went on for ages in the evening and I could hear it even with ear plugs in. Such a shame

Excellent hotel , amazing facilities...

Not to be repeated

Disliked: dinner was of poor quality and minimal choice.The free wi-fi did not work initially in the room and nor on the following day.

Exceptional

Disliked: One evening the restaurant wasn't fully staffed. The service was slow and the poor staff were rushed off their feet. Other nights was fine probably just a one off.

A great experience.

Liked: Everything….Great property, amenities, and staff. I have to admit the rooms are slightly outdated. I would recommend you insist on staying in the main building.
Disliked: Rooms are slightly cramped and outdated.

Pleasant

Liked: Staff were nice and helpful. The grounds are lovely.
Disliked: One of the rooms smelled of damp and triggered allergies in one of my family.The veggie food in the restaurant was bland. Would not eat in the restaurant again.
