Liked: Lovely rooms. Location. Stunning view of the lock. Loved the spa.
Disliked: No jacuzzi in a spa hotel. Food was average. Bar needs more cosy corners for couples.

Disliked: Ascot house Door security not working .decor in room everything was black ,furniture, wardrobes and surfaces as lighting was very poor it made identifying everything difficult .could easily leave stuff behind

Liked: Easy parking, great location, comfortable beds, good food, and some staff really really helpful

Liked: Comfortable beds, quiet room and part of hotel. Bar staff friendly, lunch provision was good
Disliked: Conference room had no windows and poor temperature control
