Liked: Grounds were nice and the breakfast perfectly adequate.
Disliked: Closed pool, closed lifts, bar closed before midnight, dated small rooms, thin duvets, poorly thought out plug sockets, staff at concierge not very engaging.

Disappointing

Liked: The air conditioning
Disliked: The long check in, the broken lift, the small bed, the dirty floor

Dated Room, but Hotel Facilities...

Liked: Hotel Facilities are excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful
Disliked: The room was quite average. Not much space, and felt very dated.

Liked: Hotel grounds are amazing. Beautiful views and very relaxing.
Disliked: Rooms dark and dated, ours was so hot. Lights didn’t work when we got in, they were fixed but just a faff. No room for our case so just a mess stepping over everything.

Noisy air conditioning

Disliked: The pool was closed for routine maintenance but we were told 4 months after we booked and only a couple of weeks before our stay so it was too late to change
