Staff was helpful. Room was cozy. The heating was a plus.

Liked: I love the price and space
Disliked: There was a cockroach in the bedroom, and the space for coffee was way too close to the toilet sink

Liked: Have come many times to this location always, and I normally enjoy staying here
Disliked: Booked a suite with a spa a week in advance got to the hotel and was told it was over booked
