Staff was helpful. Room was cozy. The heating was a plus.
Liked: Fast check in. And heating in the room.
Disliked: Parking.

It was an ok stay
Liked: The bed was really comfortable the room was really spacious and the bathroom was huge and I love that after a long day at Disneyland we came back to a clean room and the beds were done
Disliked: The building looks like needs a little work at night they were wearing people just walking around the building

I would never stay there...
Liked: No breakfast anymore since covid. Yet there still advertising it.
Disliked: It took 3 hours for customer service to answer the phone. No new towels. No breakfast. Spa not working.Construction going on and I wasn't told. Only 1 person at front desk. A lot of drug addicts rent or live there.Tv remote didn't work and another has tape on it. Only one ice machine that was behind customer service and the machine barely worked.

Liked: The location was very accessible to many other places common to where I needed to be.
Disliked: I was on the 2nd floor and there was no elevator.
