Good vibe friendly

Liked: Breakfast was nice could have had more say if you didn't want something replace it with something else but good selection good variety at the bar
Disliked: Could have had housekeeping same bedding all week had to ask for more toilet rolls and tea and coffee behind the bar

Pleasant

Liked: Good breakfast, friendly staff, close location, comfortable bed
Disliked: Small bathroom for a larger person, stained toilet and dirt on inside of shower doors

Liked: Staff were great, rooms clean , breakfast was good best place we have stayed in so far on r many trips to Blackpool and will only be booking here from now on

Very clean hotel with lovely...

Liked: Great staff. In particular Luca who was very helpful and knowledgeable in regard to my friend who is glutton free. Luca was able to recommended places to eat. S very pleasant young man a credit to the hotel.
Disliked: As we were attending a 4 day event at the Winter Gardens and coming back between 11pm/1am. Being 2 ladies in our 60/70s we thought it was a little too far away .
