Good value for a short...

Liked: A clean room, good continental breakfast, easy parking which was secured at night and helpful staff. There was a fan in the bedroom which provided some relief during very hot weather.
Disliked: We stayed for two nights during a heatwave, the corridors and bedrooms were uncomfortably hot. The small en-suite had a full size bath with a fixed shower screen that made it difficult to get in and out of the shower and it would be better if the bath could be replaced with a shower cubicle.

Superb

Liked: Food was great and really tasty and good value for money.Service was great too.
Disliked: The room was a bit on the small side, but got used to it after the first night. The drinks serving area could do with being next to the wardrobe space, with a plug. And the kettle be on a detachable stand instead of having to unplug it when wanting to pour the water.

Not Happy at all see...

Liked: Identity there
Disliked: Couldn't get on car park at night,not a good smell when you entered hallway, Bed uncomfortable and dipped right down in the middle really Bad, room 1 very steep stairs no lift, not really clean,not happy wouldn't recommend, and wouldn't return if it was F.O.Charge Sorry but Truth,Alan Woods.

Very good

Liked: Hospitality was welcoming
Disliked: We had two rooms. One room was very clean and comfortable. The second room was dusty. Only had a small mirror ( no full length mirror as in room one) and the bathroom always smelt of the toilet waste. I only found this out from my 18 year old granddaughter after we checked out. I am sure if It had been mentioned to the staff at the time, it would have been sorted.

We enjoyed our stay and...

Liked: Nice size room, clean & bed comfortable
Disliked: Breakfast was from 8am but we had to leave at 8am, shame it wasn’t from 7 or 7.30

Just okay

Disliked: Our bathroom smelt like sewage water and I had the continental breakfast and asked for 2 eggs to go on my toast but they charged me £6.49 for eggs on toast …. Disgusting.
