Disliked: Mix up over room key being "lost" but then found after we had checked out.

Warm and welcoming
Liked: Good location, affordable rates, warm welcome and attentive staff. The room was lovely, clean, and had a subtle but very nice smell. The restaurant was also nice. I'd go back.
Disliked: Although the room was on the smaller side, it was sufficient for a solo traveller.

Lovely hotel
Liked: Lovely staff and the continental breakfast was excellent.Room was a good size.
Disliked: Light outside window was very bright and illuminated the room all night

Liked: Excellent location for our trip to Download Castle Donnington…. Comfortable rooms, plentiful continental breakfast included. …cooked breakfast for an extra charge! Friendly staff.

Superb
Liked: Nice little double room for the price. Bed was comfy, shower nice and big. Room and hall was clean. Very cheap drinks in a pub downstairs and very good choice.
Disliked: "Continental breakfast" included in price was just some juice, milk, cereals and fruits, but we have ordered full English for £9.99 done in a air fryer, which would be nice on any other day as we were hangover form the night before and needed some grease.
