Disliked: Rooms are very tired. Bathroom was clean but doesn’t look it. Awful air fresheners in room, plastic coated pillow protectors.

Good

Liked: Nice decor and comfortable bed. Friendly, helpful staff who showed me to my room.
Disliked: My room appeared to be directly above the bar, where the Karaoke music was so loud it made the bed vibrate. The music finished before midnight, but I had been hoping for a quiet night in preparation for an early start to my Sunday.

Liked: Everything was fantastic thanks. V helpful cheerful staff. Car Parking was difficult but there is a road close that you can use

Great location, great staff, rooms...

Liked: Breakfast was fantastic as was our dinner, room a little tired. Staff were amazing.
Disliked: It would have been nice to know that there was karaoke as directly above was very noisy an we had an early start on the Sunday.

Disappointing

Liked: Very good location, easy to find and very easy to get to course location from. Staff were amazing
Disliked: On arrival, 1st room I was shown to had not been serviced since prior occupants had vacated in the morning. Staff handled this well and thankfully the other room on my booking (initially meant to be the two of us attending course) had been cleaned. 2nd room was much smaller, with a very out of proportion sized bathroom - it was nearly as big as the room! Sadly the bed was very uncomfortable, the room was swelteringly hot with no ability to turn the radiator down. The walls were very thin and consequently I was able to hear other guests conversations very clearly.
