The Laurels Bed and Breakfast

Good location, easy walking distance...

Liked: Our host was very friendly. The room was perfectly adequate for our needs. breakfast was cooked to order.
Disliked: The parking area was tight.

Exceptional

Liked: The Laurels is an exceptionally clean and well presented guest house. The hosts were very helpful and friendly and I had everything I needed for my two night stay. The bathroom was well equipped and had an excellent power shower. Off road parking was provided and the breakfasts were superb. The local pub (with great meals) is quite literally yards away.

Lovely host, breakfast, shower and...

Liked: I chose this guesthouse as it was just 5 minutes away from family. I'm so glad I did! Julie (and Boris, an adorably friendly dog!) met us at the door, to show us to our room. The room was clean with kettle, tea and coffee. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was excellent! The area is exceptionally quiet, so no problem sleeping. I don't normally eat breakfast, but I did have scrambled eggs and toast, and my husband had a full English, both of which were very good. Julie was an lovely host, with lots of knowledge regarding the area - as we were visiting family we only went to the St Fagans national museum of history but it was very interesting, and we will be back to view it again. This will definitely be my go to Guesthouse when visiting family.
