Amazing location. Disappointing LG room,...

Liked: The location second to none a fantastic Notting Hill street and building.
Disliked: The bedroom was a dungeon lower ground room, coming from Australia when I booked I asked for a street facing room - I got it. Was just facing the wall. I also didn’t like the fact our room included breakfast and even thou I sat in the beautiful lounge room with staff walking past me for a good 30-45 minutes reading the paper and checking emails not one person approached me to ask if I wanted anything or to prompt me until it was announced after breakfast finished. Very odd. Most of the staff were excellent but one or two could do with a holiday or personality. People are travelling they want to be around friendly staff (check in counter were amazing) a few others need to Smile and make eye contact it goes a long way when it’s your job if. It WFH

Liked: The Laslett is the ONLY place is stay when visiting London. The location is great, the rooms are great and the staff are exceptional.

Liked: Good location, great selection of consumables and products in room. Excellent bespoke furniture, vinyl player was a nice touch. Interesting paintings. Clean and friendly staff.
Disliked: View was looking into someone's house so had to have the curtains closed all the time. Room was quite cold. Dont know if the heating was broken during visit. Alittle pricey for the room.

Disliked: Staff not very friendly given price of room rate !Had very small room for £500 a night worth more like £250Got fake tan on sheets tried to wash off Took a hand towel home by mistake before I had got home and realized I had been charged a further £96, I had every intention of contacting the hotel once I realised what I had done but after I was charged just over £700 for one night in a small room with the air con going on and off all night and an average small breakfast…I definitely would not recommend stay well clear , try the 5 star landmark hotel some rooms are cheaper!!
