When I return to Royal...

Liked: The ability to make a provisional booking at a reasonable rate, compared to many hotels in Leamington Spa, who wanted to charge a lot more compared to the ‘book now’ policy !
Disliked: Our room was right by a major road junction, making sleep problematic. After being knocked out of a lawn bowls competition, my wife and I decided to check out 2 days early. Disappointed that the hotel were not willing to at least pay some of our money back, as a gesture of goodwill!
