Lovely Hotel

Liked: The room was lovely, very nice and comfortable. If you book direct you get a welcome drink upon arrival and free breakfast.Hotel is about 10 min drive into Belfast City centre was around £9 in a taxi to City Hall.Water and crisp in the room, Lovely touch
Disliked: There was a slight drainage smell in the room (203) but was OK with the window open.

Go for the craic, but...

Liked: Staff where good in the reception area. Room was clean and it had some lovely food.
Disliked: Restaurant took a long time to get me seated and serve me food. Then at the bar one the bar staff was not very pleasant and very abrupt when i asked of my drink. Then when I had a shower the shower was fixed on one temperature HOT and very unpleasant as my room was directly placed over the beer garden with the live music playing to 1.15am which was not ideal. Parking was also an issue for me.

Liked: The staff were exceptional at their job, it was extremely busy and they were so competent and friendly.
Disliked: Not much space to sit in the bar, had to stand by bar for some time due to party bookings.The music and noise went on until 1.15am, kept us awake.Very hot room, couldn't adjust radiator.The bathroom fan stayed on.We were awoken again 5am by a mistake phone call for a taxi.No tea or coffee facility in room.

A great hotel to use...

Liked: Staff were all very friendly and helpful.Hotel itself was lovely.The restaurant was really good.Room was as expected.The bed was very comfortable.Bathroom was nice and especially liked the toiletries. The complimentary crisps and water were a nice touch.We had no problem finding a parking onsite.The bus going into Belfast city centre is just a short walk away from the hotel.
Disliked: Like in most hotels, you can hear noises from the passage. If you are a very light sleeper you may want to bring ear plugs.The decor in the room we stayed in did seem like it was a bit tired and maybe ready for a refresh.
