Wonderful hotel, great rooms, service...

Liked: The building is great, new, well-designed and really well done. Rooms are excellent.
Disliked: The service doesn't match the price - I think they're still finding their feet. Really small things from the greeting when we arrived - For £600+ a night, I wouldn't expect to have to carry my bags up a flight of stairs into reception, to enter to an empty reception, or to have the wrong room. We requested a room in the main building and they'd put us in the other building, which in fairness they sorted. I'd also expect someone coming around by the pool taking food/drink orders, but there is no service in the spa, which feels like a huge oversight.
