Having stayed here a few...

Disliked: Very disappointed that they put service charges onto everything unless we complained, even on the included breakfast and the room!

Enjoyable overall, but a couple...

Liked: Stunning location. The property itself is beautiful. The restaurant (Cedar) was fantastic.
Disliked: Two things:1. There was literally no availability for spa treatments on the Saturday I was there. It was a bit disappointing that there weren’t treatments ring-fenced for hotel guests.2. There were quite a few small children in the spa. I’d have expected at least part of the spa area to be adults-only.
