Liked: A lovely greeting from the owners and such a convenient location. A comfortable sleep and yummy breakfast in the morning with a view of the sea. We loved it! A real old school coastal break away!

Liked: Geoff and Jacqui were the perfect hosts – very friendly and approachable; Jacqui even fetched a couple of presents for us from the supermarket (a surprise from our daughter). Nothing was too much trouble.The hotel is well located on the promenade with easy access to local buses which took us to Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door, Portland Bill, and even just along the prom for a nice walk back.Our room overlooked the beach and sea – and as the sun shone all week, it was a lovely bonus.At breakfast, there was orange juice and plenty of tea, coffee and toast.There were lots of choices for breakfast with fruit and a number of cereals as starters, followed by a variety of options including a full English and smoked salmon and scrambled eggs.  The food was good quality, well cooked and well presented.We had a really good holiday – thanks Geoff and Jacqui.
Disliked: Nothing. It was perfect.
