Liked: Room was fantastic, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Abou and Narh at the concierge desk were super helpful and great with directions and guidance for making the best of our stay. Wallace at the egg station, Anna K and the entire team in the Langham Club made us feel so welcome.

Liked: Location was fantastic, staff were friendly, professional and very helpful.
Disliked: The cost of a double double was really an extravagance, and while spacious for my husband, myself and daughter, I was surprised it was two double beds, and not queens. The elevator system was not working properly and possibly because it was a holiday weekend, it was not fixed in the time were there. Long waits for one working elevator. While only a minor inconvenience, I was surprised (or not actually) that the hotel did not offer us something for the inconvenience. This was a special occasion and milestone Birthday celebration and we enjoyed, but will not return due to high cost.
