Poor

Liked: The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. and the location is great.
Disliked: The mattress was too soft and it contributed to backache. I ended up sleeping on the floor.

Great service and nice room...

Liked: Staff was helpful and requests fulfilled quickly. Clean room and great maid service with turndown. Had stationery and envelopes. Room (on 36th St side) was quiet especially for NYC. Loved Bluetooth speaker in room that could be moved around.
Disliked: Hotel itself did not feel special especially for the price. Room was nice but bed was uncomfortable. Room service stopped way too early for NYC at 11 PM. No streaming on TV in 2022.
