Liked: On the surface it’s seems like a lovely place, but..
Disliked: For the cost it isn’t as flash as I would have expected, the pool spa had mould and a line of grime on the water line and missing tiles

Pure comfort, impeccable service, great...

Liked: Can't fault it in any way...friendly staff, beautiful hotel, excellent hotel rooms, comfy beds

Liked: Jacob the concierge was amazing, with his recommendations and just his attention to.us and our stay.
Disliked: The spa aspect. No follow through after calling prior to stay and then only space for 1 appointment instead of able to get in 24hrs prior to coming to stay.

Very nice hotel

Liked: Lovely hotel. Very clean and comfortable. All you would expect.
Disliked: Beautiful location right on the beach, but not a lot of eating/dining options within walking distance (except for in hotel). 20 mins walk to Surfers or 20 mins walk to broadbeach to find more options.

Liked: 1- Great view2-Big suit and beautifully designed
Disliked: 1- As a 5 star hotel the cleaning supposed to be daily not once every 2 days (and that wasn’t even mentioned in booking), also the cleaning/housekeeping wasn’t up to the level specially the floors and furniture.2- The Price is considered high with respect to the point mentioned above.
