The Lanes Hotel

The woman and man that met us were friendly and so helpful, directing us to a great restaurant with very reasonable prices! The history of the hotel is evident and I felt comfortable staying at that lovely place.

Liked: The close knit working relationship was evident throughout our stay.
Disliked: Nope, nothing bad.

Liked: Amazing friendly lovely staff. Room was fantastic with great little extras good supply of teas etc. I have stayed at this charming hotel many times and would highly recommend. Looking forward very much to my next trip! Thank you to all the staff at the lanes for being so helpful.

We had a pleasant getaway...

Liked: nice room cheerfully decorated and in good condition with a cozy bed and a beautiful view; kettle and blow dryer were useful
Disliked: not enough water pressure for a good shower

Liked: The hotel was very nice location, and the staff, they are very kind, especially the man in the reception, he's very good and very helpful. Basically, the place is very nice, I recommend it for everybody.

Comfortable room but noisy.

Liked: Great location. Spacious and comfortable room. Plenty of tea and coffee provided. Nice to have books and games available in lounge. Reception staffed 24 hours.
Disliked: They didn’t serve breakfast. Windows didn’t fit well and were noisy when it was windy. Noisy builders outside the room from 8am every morning. Shower was not very powerful.

Liked: We arrived an hour early and our room was ready so we could check in staff are very friendly. Our room was beautiful and very clean.
