The woman and man that met us were friendly and so helpful, directing us to a great restaurant with very reasonable prices! The history of the hotel is evident and I felt comfortable staying at that lovely place.

Liked: The close knit working relationship was evident throughout our stay.
Disliked: Nope, nothing bad.

Liked: Very handy to het free parking. The reception staff were great, especially Mike. Very helpful and friendly. Had everything I needed. I was on crutches with a broken ankle but luckily there was a lift to my room.

Lovely place for a seaside...

Liked: Location excellent. Free parking a bonus. Friendly staff. Room was adequate size and loved the little touches like free toiletries, robe and slippers, sweets, biscuits and range of hot beverages. We had everything we needed for our 2 night stay and would definitely stay again.
Disliked: The curtains could have done with being blackout. They were torn and seethrough.

Liked: Lovely building. Lots of space and a great layout.
Disliked: The beautiful old sash windows did rattle a bit in the wind but a bit of paper packed in the gaps stopped it!
