Liked: The staff were very friendly and gave us all the info we required upon arrival. The location was perfect! Parking was easily accessible.

Disliked: Alley was occasionally a little sketchy.

Liked: The staff was very friendly. Clean room/batbroom. Wonderful location. Basically next door to the train station.
Disliked: Booking.com showed only a king bed in the pictures when I booked, leading me to believe I was getting a large bed for two adults. Calling something a “double room” is a bit ambiguous (at least in American vernacular as it indicates two of something) and led to a very tight, moderately uncomfortable stay. I figured that at worst, we were getting two beds.

great stay in practical, efficient...

Liked: I liked that this was an efficient space, clean, with friendly and helpful staff and super well-located. I chose it because it is very close to the bus station and we were taking a bus from Galway to Dublin airport early in the morning. It worked perfectly for that purpose and was a great place to stay.
Disliked: nothing. stay was good.

Liked: In a central location, only 5 minutes from the train/coach station. There are lots of traditional Irish pubs and restaurants within walking distance.The staff were very welcoming and helpful.The rooms are comfortable, spotlessly clean, and have everything that you need.Although in a central location, it is very quiet at night.I would recommend it to anyone, and we will certainly be staying there again.
Disliked: There was nothing not to like.
