Liked: Right in the centre of Galway. Lovely staff. The room was lovely. comfortable bed, great air con. Easy access after hours with key pass to gate and hotel.

Very convenient location, great base...

Liked: Comfortable beds, good facilities, very friendly staff.
Disliked: Nothing. All good! Initially on our confirmation it stated the lift was out of order but it was happily working. Told the receptionist and they passed on the message to get the information online changed. Also mentioned that the gate at the side was open when we got back later in the evening and didn’t close when it was supposed to. Didn’t impact on our experience however.
