Very nice hotel

Liked: The room was big and very nicely decorated. Very friendly and helpful staff, clean.
Disliked: There was some mold in the coffee machine’s water tank. The bed was very comfortable, but unfortunately too short from a person taller than 1,75

Comfy bed, lovely staff and...

Liked: The room was in a great location that's close to the city but in a quiet neighbourhood. All the staff were really friendly and helpful and the food in pub next door (the people who own the pub also run the hotel) is a must try. We had amazingly fresh fish and other wonderful food. Some of the best fish in Edinburgh! The room was clean and the bed was very comfy!
Disliked: The only negative about our room was that our TV didn't work and our light was broken when we arrived. The light was fixed immediately however. There's also a gap at the bottom of the main door to our room (we were right next to the main door for the whole hotle) so we could hear other guest and the main door very clearly. The main door is shut around 10 though so we weren't woken up in the night.
