Liked: The room was amazing! Spacious and comfortable. The staff are wonderful and so helpful. The location is unbeatable.
Disliked: The children swim hours are very restricted and not at very reasonable hours .9am-11am ( which is also the time breakfast is on) and 3-5pm. I think it wouldn’t be too much to adjust/ extend the times by another hour.

Liked: Great proximity to the tube. Big. Spacious rooms. Enjoyed the breakfast. Nice gym. Ability to take children to indoor pool during family hours.
Disliked: We didn’t get to spend enough time there.

Would return

Liked: Very nice spa, nice staff and we liked our suite and the bathroom. Food is just okay.
Disliked: When we sat down to breakfast, which is a buffet and (although reasonably priced for what you get) expensive, I really didn’t like that they brought us the bill before we were finished eating and hadn’t requested it. As this is a buffet, it gives the impression they want you to leave. We are slim women, not big eaters, we were hardly going to eat them out of house and home but it made us feel rushed and greedy.
