Liked: location staff friendly and available 24 hour check in or out
Disliked: window did not open towards inside courtyard pool closed early so couldn’t use it no comfortable lounge and sitting area provided

Outstanding, great value for money

Liked: Concierge was friendly and helpful, location was great, room was super clean and spacious, and the hotel stay was outstanding. Eclectic Victorian type architecture.
Disliked: Was a little difficult to get a taxi upon departure

Will definitely stay here again!

Liked: The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and the location was super!

Exceptional luxury with a friendly...

Liked: Service was exceptional - especially Matt Fletcher and team and the Great Central Pub. Breakfast in the Winter Garden was also superb.

The best hotel we have...

Liked: All staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for you. Also, the free upgrade of our room due to it being our wedding was a lovely surprise.
Disliked: Nothing.
