Overall and decent experience.

Liked: Private car park, however this is not included in the price but was not extortionate, however have to book through an app on arrival (30 minutes to complete this or there is a fine I believe). Lovely grounds/gardens. Nice decor although slightly tired. Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was good, although again you have to pay at the door and are unable to book this in advance, but was not too expensive. Comfortably bed. Although not used, did have a pool/gym which did appear busy.
Disliked: Air conditioning did not work and this was not only our room, we had four rooms in our party and none of them worked. Shower door leaked water onto the floor. We had booked an evening meal for one of the nights and sadly had to wait at least 1 hours from order to service. Limited number of staff for the evening service and although they were run ragged not one of them complained and were very attentive to our needs. Although outdoor furniture was available, chairs were very unstable and wobbly.

Liked: Great location, comfortable and clean room. Loveky staff and great breakfast choice. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful aswell.

Liked: The location and grounds were lovely
Disliked: The air con didn't work, chair was broken, no shampoo/conditioner, dirty shower. Paid for breakfast but had to leave before breakfast even started.
