Liked: Everything was neat-the grounds were well kept. Rooms were very clean. Staff was warm, welcoming and friendly!!

Disliked: The bed was awful so hard and bathroom was downstairs, shower floor so slippery my husband had hold the emergency bar, old musty smell in room. On top of that we had an emergency and had to leave early the resort will not work with us at all even when I offered show doctor records not even willing to give anything back. Will not return

Liked: The location is perfect. And I like that its very clean and well maintained. Everything is also in there like plates, cups and utensils so you dont have to worry about any of those. There’s also indoor and outdoor pool which is really great for kids.
Disliked: The location of the room with a sliding door next to the bathroom is kind of weird. And i guess the checkin and checkout time? We feel like the checkin at 4pm is late and the checkout at 10am is too early especially if you had an early flight or youre coming from a different state, but, in our case it was okay as the staff from the hotel was so nice to messaged me that the room is ready before 4pm.
