Disliked: The fireplace and heater do not work. The refrigerator is stayed about 44°F.

Great place to stay

Liked: The quietness, it was clean and close to the morrow bay strip and a beautiful view. Our Family had a wonderful time. ❤️ restaurants and shops are close by.
Disliked: There is absolutely nothing negative to say it was perfect.

Great location, some improvements needed.

Liked: Location of The Landing was great close to sea front and all amenities, had a lovely view from our second floor room and the rooms were a great size.
Disliked: The room was cold and took a long time for the heater to warm it up and no heating in bathroom so was freezing when had a shower. Insulation between rooms was poor as you could here next doors conversations through the wall. No coffee provision as promised when checked out as the machine was broken.

Liked: We didnt get in until after the office was closed, but they called us before closing and left very clear detailed instructions on how to get to our room and check in after hours. There was also a number to call if we got stuck or couldn't check in for some reason but we didn't need it!
