Feel like family while staying...

Liked: The owners are sweet. Food was fabulous. The beds were comfortable. Linens were soft. There is a pool and hot tub. Beautiful property.
Disliked: I can’t think of anything to dislike about our stay.

An amazing stay in a...

Liked: The cooked to order breakfast was delicious. The homemade jars of jam will make nice Christmas gifts, if I can resist devouring them beforehand! The owners have put their heart into making the experience very special for their guests. Many people return again and again as I know we will too. By far the best B&B in my many years of traveling.

Go there!

Liked: Everything. Beautifully restored and cares for home built in 1886! The Rose Room was large and spacious, impeccably decorated and furnished with a dreamy king size bed. We took full advantage of the peaceful outdoor setting, cooling off in the pool and listening to the calming water features. Then warmed our muscles in the hot tub, while enjoying a glass of wine!There was a quiet sitting area upstairs, a comfy den with all modern luxuries (where we watched our Netflix shows)
Disliked: That we couldn’t stay longer

Disliked: We had an amazing, pampering, relaxing girl's weekend. What can I say about the grand, and original, claw foot tub ?!? What a treat. Gainesville is a beautiful small town in north Texas. You can wander down to the square and check out the shops, farmer's market and old train depot. Beautifully restored 1800's mansion on an acre of gorgeous grounds with outdoor pool and hot tub. Delicious organic gourmet breakfast- almost impossible to decide from among the options. Do definitely have a pink grapefruit mimosa:) We opted for dinner and it was delicious Connie is a terrific chef and out food was wonderful.Thank you John and Connie, we will definitely be back
