The Lancaster Hotel

Hotel was great. Staff were wonderful! I'll be staying there again!

The best place to stay if going to the Revention or a play. So close and great restaurants nearby. The concierge brought us to the restaurant we had found online. Great extra service.

Was a wonderful place to stay. The room was exceptionally clean and beautiful. Staff was so helpful and made us feel very special.

The hotel is really nice and well kept. It is extremely close to the Bayou Music Center (walking distance), which is why I chose this hotel. However, I will probably not stay at the Lancaster again due to not getting the room I booked and paid for.

Liked: The valet staff and bell staff was outstanding, as was the front desk staff!
Disliked: I paid for a double queen and got a single king room. The restaurant manager (guy with ponytail) was rude to his very sweet staff.

Room was huge and very clean. Would and will stay again. Staff very helpful.

Disliked: Renovation of the windows on the floor above should start after the guest checks out, not during the early morning.

Liked: Had a great stay. It was a block from Bayou Event Center and we were attending a concert there. Everyone was nice and very helpful. I will recommend anyone staying in Houston to stay here.

I stayed downtown on Saturday night, 30 minutes from home, so I could enjoy the theater district. I went to a concert and enjoyed a few restaurants. I'll do it again. Loved the walking distance to the venue Bayou Place and Birraporetti's. The bed in my room was so comfortable I slept in. Loved it!

Liked: This is a beautiful hotel.
Disliked: I couldn't afford to stay longer.
