Liked: A beautiful house full of character and charm. Felt relaxed and at home immediately upon walking in the home. The hosts, Kim & Jason were extremely accommodating to our arrival time and settling in. The room was well kept and comfortable. The breakfast was nothing you'd ever see from a franchise hotel, it was delicious.
Disliked: Didn't get to stay longer.

Liked: The Inn and grounds are beautiful and serene and the whole place was cozy and clean. This made for a lovely stop while I was in town to drop my kid off at Franklin and Marshall. The hospitality is top notch, as is the food. They even took care to ask about and accommodate dietary needs and preferences. I enjoyed our unique stay and the charm of this inn, and I will definitely be back.

Liked: This wonderful B&B felt almost like vising old friends - the owners, Kim and Jason, are extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the city. Room was comfortable and very well equipped (charging stations on both bedstands - very thoughtful!). And breakfasts were some of the best we've had, diverse, fresh and delicious! Also, the properly is very well located, close to downtown and yet in a quieter area. We've walked to downtown or took a taxi (which in Lancaster are very easy to get and are pretty cheap), which was very convenient.
Disliked: The only thing that took a little adjusting to is the shower in the room because of the slanted ceiling, but we didn't mind it and were prepared as the pictures of the listing are pretty accurate.

Best B&B in Lancaster, PA

Liked: The warm welcome we received from Kim and Jason was not only upon arrival but also each morning. The delicious breakfasts were superior to any other B&B we have stayed.Our room was perfect as well as relaxing and quiet. The electric fireplace was cozy on the rainy nights and could be used not only for ambiance as a flickering light or but also a little warmth by using a 2nd switch.Everywhere in the house, including our room, was immaculate with pleasant aromas.The grounds were lovely, too. This is in a great location, close to everything, including excellent restaurants.We will definitely return again as we live only a few hours' drive away!
Disliked: We did not find fault with anything.
