A real jewel in the...

Liked: Beautiful historic property tucked away but a real sense of entering somewhere special on arrival There is some sort of gorgeous cooling smell on entering the building too staff all so polite helpful and lovely and the breakfast wonderful .. for note we weren’t daughter and granddaughter ( age 1) and we had a wonderful lunch in the dining room .. and if you like Chai tea .. just lovely

Liked: Have eaten at the restaurant previously, We need somewhere to stay night before London Marathon which was close to Blackheath, Considering the time of the booking it meet all our needs and more and definitely meeting all our requirements.Room - Excellent,Location was spot on,Didn't eat Breakfast, but it was excellent,

Incredible location but not worth...

Liked: Location was excellent
Disliked: There were few areas where we think hotel should focus on - 1) Room house keeping always were forgetting something or the other example either water bottles were not refreshed, bathroom stuff like shampoo, conditioner were not there, bathrobes were missing...so we need to call them everyday 2) Rooms should have been inspected before someone is checking in (we booked 2 rooms for 9 nights). Our AC was not working properly and hence after 2 complaints, we were moved to new room but we were in the room where AC was not fully effective for 2 days I think they should have look into these things considering it is a 5 star hotel.
