Lovely hotel, lovely staff :)

Liked: Staff were so kind and helpful.I love the doorman he was very polite and always smiling. Hotel was beautiful and we were very kindly given a upgrade.
Disliked: The room above us were constantly banging/running around all evening til about 11.30pm which kept us awake and couldn't really relax and enjoy our evening. If you want a lovely quiet time away I would suggest asking to stay on the top floor.

Disliked: There are limited public areas to hang out, especially in the night
