Disappointing

A Fantastic weekend in London,...

Liked: Hotel location, ExcellentStaff were SuperbFood, both Breakfast & Evening meals fantastic.
Disliked: Nothing to Dislike.

A very pleasant surprise that...

Liked: It was exceptionally well presented and maintained, with our room being of good size, fantastically decorated, and with lots of little touches making it feel luxurious and high quality. We loved it. The staff were lovely, helpful, and an asset to the organisation.
Disliked: There was nothing to dislike, so any feedback here is just minor nitpicking and wouldn’t affect the experience of staying here. The only minor (inconsequential) issue was that finding the main entrance to the hotel (which felt like a side entrance) and then into the reception (which was in an adjacent room as you walk in) was not as straight forward as expected.

Disliked: The staff were very unhelpful especially Tarun. He insisted on me paying for an extra night added onto my stay even tho this was confirmed earlier and the payment wasn't told to me that I could pay on check out because the printer wasn't working. This guy was extremely unhelpful rude and unprofessional yo demand I pay at 11 pm and hold me and my belongings handsome???? At a 5 star hotel? I am disgusted and embarrassed for him.

Superb

Liked: Nothing was too much trouble for staff. Very attentive, not over fussy. Lots of inclusive snacks and drinks in room, plenty of refills available
Disliked: Would have liked a bath as well as a shower, but it was an excellent shower...

Lovely gesture for my husbands...

Liked: Beautiful property. Lovely rooms.
Disliked: Maybe needs to be a bit more organised on reception welcoming guests/checking out, hardly any of us there but still a wait. Bit of commotion on checking out another guest extremely unhappy with the porter throwing his bag - porter was miserable on our arrival and when we saw him around, we noticed it.

Liked: Unique location, quiet and amazing service
Disliked: Ramp access but met at the steps by concierge so not an issue

Liked: Location is super, staff very friendly. It was my birthday , they left me a lovely chocolate birthday cake (which was sooo good) in my room , a very thoughtful and nice gesture
Disliked: A bit expensive, breakfast was average
