Liked: Positives:It’s close to the airport and the rooms are large Negatives:Pretty much everything else. Not safe, dirty, rude staff. The front desk agent was rude to my husband but nice to me and we were standing right next to each other checking in together. The key card access to the workout facilities is not active and the security guard came in and got water and watched the movie I was watching with me for a bit like he was on a break. Shortly after that, a homeless gentleman came in and got water, and it didn’t seem to be his first time coming in, he knew where everything was. Our bathtub had cigarette burns and hair in it. The room doors have large gaps underneath and don’t close all the way.I’ve gotten multiple emails and texts with links about checking in and checking out yet still had to do it all again at the front desk. A staff member came and banged on the door and asked when we were leaving as well, even though I had completed the checkout link.Overall I’m not sure how the ratings are as good as they are. My kids and I did not feel safe and it was not a pleasant experience.
