Disliked: Rooms smelt of smoke , staff generally unfriendly, V expensive, rubbish bath.

Nice staff, less that pleasant...

Liked: The staff was lovely and apologetic for the appearance.
Disliked: It was really run down. Walls in hallways and rooms were run down. A/C was ancient, loud and dirty. The food was overpriced and mediocre.
