Liked: They let us check in early. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: Pool bar/restaurant staff were asked to call 911 for a child that was pulled from the pool. They really didn’t seem to care specially tall blonde. A man was vomiting by the elevator. Staff didn’t seem to care about that either

Overall, I love the location...

Liked: I like the location of resort because it has own private beach.
Disliked: I did ordered some food to room service. First of all, the chicken was under cooked. The fries was still cold. The presentation looks worst than fast food chain. The furniture looks so old and weary.

Liked: This property is absolutely beautiful So peaceful and relaxing
Disliked: I have stayed many times over the last 16 years. This is the first time that there was a charge for beach chairs. They always had complementary sand chairs, this time they charged 10$ per sand chair. When you stay in the beach you should have access to a chair. Cabanas and umbrellas? Definitely a charge, not a chair that was always complementary. It won’t stop me from returning. I love the resort. Just FYI for returning or new guests.
