Check-in was super smooth and easy. The staff members were happy to answer all of our questions and even gave us great recommendations. Our room was cute and very clean. I'd stay there again.

Liked: Conveniently located in walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go during our visit. Our room was very clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Parking was rough, but that's a city thing.

Our stay was great! Even during the Mardi Gras season we had a great time. The staff was very helpful with turn by turn directions on how to access the hotel over the phone. The hotel was located directly on the parade route and we were redirected around the city to make it around the parade route. The accommodation was great. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Linens were fresh and bathrooms were spotless. Would definitely stay again!

Propert Awesome, Parking Not So...

Liked: Front desk staff incredible! Young man at the restaurant valet very friendly and assisted with luggage cart and the door! Very impressed. The historic property is an old renovated veteran's hospital from the mid 1700s (beautiful).
Disliked: No hotel guest valet parking. Being a historical property, there is no nearby parking lot or garage available. You need to unload your luggage at the curb on the busy street. Their parking option is several streets over. There is a closer parking lot just down St. Charles Ave on the right. The overnight parking rate offered for 24 hrs is $58 to $68. Hotel parking around $47. Worried about car break-in. HAD NO ISSUES!
