Feels like a time share...

Liked: Nice clean exterior, free parking, one short block away from shore.Safe area, very comfortable walk to the many downtown oceanfront bars, restaurants and stores.Our condo was clean and bed very comfortable. Everything we needed. Has a well stocked kitchenette. Also quiet.
Disliked: Nothing really

Good

Liked: Location on Main Street with many restaurants nearby. Spacious, clean accommodations.
Disliked: We arrived around 7pm - the office was closed and we had received no communication about the location of our unit. It was very difficult to find the unit, which was located on a dark unmarked pathway which went behind the main row of units.

I would stay here again...

Liked: Lisa, and the reception staff were amazing. I was there because of a sudden death in the family, and they were attentive and sympathetic. Answered, or helped find answers to questions I had after almost 24h of travel.
Disliked: The AC unit, including the fan only setting ran all of the time, and was quite noisy. Never seemed to reach the set temperature, and in had it in the upper 70’s. Time for a new unit I think.

We loved it. I will...

Liked: My wife and I loved the Kona Billfisher. Location was fabulous. Pool was great and the room was large and quiet.
Disliked: Nothing.

Convenient and comfortable

Liked: This condo is located just across the street from several restaurants, quiet, comfortable beds. The kitchen was well equipped for easy use for those who want to make their own meals. It even included noodles and boogie boards for beach activities.
Disliked: It was difficult to find in the dark. When secured via Booking, the management missed our reservation. We were given a room, but were a bit nervous.

Superb

Liked: Great location, lovely unit with everything you need! The kitchen was appreciated after a couple of weeks in hotels!
Disliked: The residents upstairs were quite heavy footed and woke us up some nights and mornings. It didn’t bother us too much though, we would stay again.
