Exceptional

I would stay here again.

Liked: The beds were very soft and comfortable. The bathroom lighting was good to get ready in and shower was a good size.
Disliked: The shower wall looked like it wasn’t cleaned as well as it should have been but everything else looked good. Lots of noise and footsteps above us.

Modern Comfort and Cleanliness

Liked: I was impressed by the property's comfort and cleanliness. The new facilities add a modern touch, making it an excellent place to relax, enjoy your stay, and explore the Napa/Sonoma area.
Disliked: I was disappointed to find that there was a $18/day charge for parking on the premises. This fee was quite unfair, especially given the overall cost of the stay. It would have been nice if the parking had been included or at least more reasonably priced.

Liked: I liked the helpfulness of our staff and the hotel was comfortable. I slept well and enjoyed the overall ambiance of the hotel.

Adequate

Liked: The room was clean. The breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The room was very pricey for the size, amenities (none) and design. The bathroom door was on a slider and didn't fit properly. The shower was adequate but not great. The property was very quite.The bar staff was lacking in attention and very slow. One of the bartenders may have been brand new but he seemed to lose the plot.
