Good, clean and comfortable stay...
Liked: Breakfast was sufficient. Staff was nice and gracious. Perfect place if you’ll be going on Washington University in St. Louis. Very clean.
Disliked: Communication. No one replied to my messages.

Outstanding location for Wash U,...
Liked: The location is excellent for anything Wash U. Parking is convenient and right across the street, though I don't know how it might be while school is in session as spots are not hotel dedicated. Rooms were well-decorated, quiet, and very clean.
Disliked: The "breakfast" is a joke. $11 per person seemed great until we experienced the "buffet" that should be ashamed. A few pastries, fake scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes, and yogurt. That's it. Completely unwelcoming. Bad coffee placed in the lobby. They need to step it up in a big way.The room had two double beds, not queens, which was really uncomfortable. The air struggled to keep up with the heat outside.Communication with the staff was stilted and unfriendly. Bare minimum. Lastly, it did not feel like a hotel (and signage was non-existent). This place is a conference center with 60 rooms. It does not cater to individuals.

Superb
Liked: The bed is comfortable with a range of pillows to choose from, some firm and some soft. Desk and chair were comfortable and supportive for long work sessions, and the breakout rooms on each floor are great workspaces too.
Disliked: Elevator is slow, and the eggs at breakfast could be better.
