Liked: All of the staff throughout my stay were excellent! The lady in Reception allowed me to use my room at 1.30pm to get changed out of my work clothes as it was a very hot day. Car park space was reserved for me. Breakfast was excellent, liked the terrace out the front overlooking the sea. Excellent location with only five minute walk to all shops, pubs and restaurants.
Disliked: Struggling here, terrace wasn't cleared of cups or glasses when customers had left. Didn't like the one soap fits all in a bottle or no water, I know they are trying to help the environment. Plus some of the fire doors need a little TLC but I am being picky with all of these points.

Liked: The location is right on the seafront. The staff were fantastic from the warm greeting from Liz on Reception to the friendly and attentive breakfast staff who were so efficient, prompt and again so friendly.
