Liked: Location was lovely and I was lucky to find parking in a blue badge space ( although it was the last one)Good walk in shower with tea and coffee facilitiesLift to bedroomsI did like that the guest relations manager spoke ti me as i left promising to look into issues I raised regarding safety and access to pools
Disliked: Hard to find out about services as the in room iPad did not work. We ended up calling the various services for information. We wanted to use the pool as we had a long drive, we called and was told it was open and accessible (we had one 85 year old and someone with mobility challenges) To access pool you had to go to first floor through the spa down some stairs the down again in another lift. Upon arrival we signed in and went into poolThe outside pool had eight step steps making it hard to access. The indoor pool had few steps but they were very steep making it very hard to get out if pool especially as the grab rail was loose and not secure for support. No support was offered but we did manage to exist pool but we would nit visit the hotel pool in future. Very disappointing

Liked: The property had free parking which was nice and we were happy with the size of the suite that we booked.
Disliked: Honestly, it was a 2 star in regards to cleanliness and attention to detail. There were many many stains and cigarette burns on the carpet. Hands prints from the previous guests on the windows and air conditioner units. Also the bathtub faucet temperature controls did not work so it was nearly impossible to give our baby a bath as the water was way too hot. Although, the linens and towels were clean.
