Liked: good area close to shops, food and petrol and airport, free parking on site or next door, staff friendly
Disliked: bed very hard , noisy people next door outside early morning, shower over the deep bath with fixed glass screen so hard to turn on tap without getting cold water blasted

Liked: The room was well set up
Disliked: I was double charged by reception, when questioned about this reception said that it was a false claim and she wasn’t on shift so not her issue. Finally got them to check records and sure enough they had to refund the ridiculous cost for a nights stay. Mind you it takes three seconds for them to take the money but 3-5 business days to return. Really not great customer service.

Relaxing stay

Liked: Clean modern boutique type hotel, nice room & lovely staff.. 5 mins walk to the ferry/river taxi so great to stay out of town & go in easy when you want. Ideal for a weekend or stopover..,

Disliked: Room allocated that faced the main road. Very Very noisy. They need to install sound proofing. No sleep at all.
