Pleasant

Perfect for a night before...

Liked: The lady on the front desk was really nice and let us check in earlier. It’s perfect location to the airport and Eat street northshore.

Passable

Liked: The room was neat and tidy and the staff were lovely
Disliked: Overpriced for what you get, no shuttle to the airport, no food/room service on the premises so you have to travel to get food. So you pay astronomical prices for a bed to sleep in and a bathroom to shower in.

Disliked: Aircon was poor, the bed is very hard plus ants in the room

Liked: The staff especially the lady at the reception was so kind and understanding, it was my first time having to deal with such a nice person. I would definitely want to stay again just for that reason.

Liked: The location was great as shops and restaurants nearby. Actually it felt like a nice suberb rather than an airport hotel.
Disliked: It was expensive compared to other hotels.

Liked: The location was great, the room was clean and the staff were friendly. The soaps/shampoos in the bathroom were nice.The bed was a little hard. There was no foxtel or smart tv if you wanted to access your own Netfli, etc. The room was relatively small, with no cupboard or draws to place clothin, etc.
